4. Quotes and Orders
All quotes provided by WindowBlind.ae are estimates based on the information you submit. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual measurements, materials selected, and complexity of installation.
Once a service or product is confirmed, any changes must be requested within 24 hours. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
5. Payments and Pricing
Prices displayed on the website or provided via quotation are in AED and are subject to VAT where applicable. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or approved electronic methods.
Full payment or a deposit may be required before service commencement, depending on the type of order. Any outstanding balance must be settled upon completion of service.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Consultation Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Order Cancellations for custom blinds may not be eligible for a full refund once production has begun.
Service Cancellations after scheduling may incur a cancellation fee if incurred costs are non-recoverable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
7. Delivery and Installation
WindowBlind.ae aims to complete delivery and installation within the timeframe agreed upon during order confirmation. However, delays due to supplier issues, weather, or client availability may occur.
The client must ensure the installation site is accessible and free of obstructions. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled visits caused by inaccessibility.
8. Warranty and Liability
All blinds and installation services come with a limited warranty, typically covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period (e.g., 1 year). Details of the warranty will be provided with your purchase.
WindowBlind.ae is not liable for:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Installation issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
Indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of business or income
